Cheers to 15 Years! Celebration, Wine Tasting & Auction
Ray of Hope's Wine Tasting and Auction is our signature annual gala, raising over $100,000 for Colorado cancer patients in need. This year's event is a special celebration of our 15th Anniversary of providing hope and relief to Colorado cancer patients in need. At Cheers to 15 Years! guests will sip limited production wines from the world's premier wine-making regions presented by Marczyk Fine Wines, and enjoy delicious food, entertainment, auctions and drawings in an upbeat and inspiring atmosphere.

Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation was established as The Raymond Wentz Foundation in 2002 by Denver oncologist Dr. David Schrier in memory of his patient, Ray, who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma at the age of 17. Though Ray lost his battle after only 6 months, his bravery and grace touched all with whom he came into contact. The Foundation awards emergency financial assistance grants to patients whose income cannot cover basic needs like food and shelter while they are receiving treatment for cancer. This financial support allows them to focus their limited energy on improved health outcomes, and offers them the dignity to make their own decisions about what expenses are top priority.
